The path a part takes
Most shops run quoting in a spreadsheet, scheduling on a whiteboard and job costing in their head. LaserERP is one path from the file the customer sends to the invoice you send back.
Drag in the customer's file. Geometry is read straight off the drawing — cut length, pierce count, bends, part area and nested sheet yield. No tracing, no guessing at the perimeter.
Priced against your machine rates, your material cost, your secondary processes and your markup. Set it once and every estimator in the shop quotes the same way you would.
Accept the quote and it turns into a live job that already knows its routing — laser, brake, weld, finishing, assembly — each department picking it up in order.

Setup is charged once across the blanket instead of per release. Each release drops onto the schedule on its own as its ship week comes up.
Set the part up once — material, thickness, folds, hardware — and the price builds itself line by line from your own rate table. Step two is the document that comes out of it, in three shapes: a single part run, a five-process weldment, and a blanket order with scheduled releases.
A real shelf-pack of 48 brackets on 48×96 sheet: 18 up, three sheets, 74.2% yield. The quote is priced off the sheets you will actually burn, and the remnant on sheet three goes back into stock.

Who it's for

Jobs are getting lost between the laser and finishing, and no two people quote the same job the same way. You need one set of rates and one board everybody reads.

Who built it
LaserERP wasn't designed by a software company that toured a plant once. It was built inside a working fabrication shop in Statesville, North Carolina, by the people who own it — because nothing on the market quoted the way we actually quote.
Every screen exists because a job went wrong without it. The nesting preview came from underquoting a yield. The department routing came from parts sitting two days at finishing because nobody knew they were there. The operating-cost calculator came from finding out our shop rate had been wrong for a year.
We run our own shop on this software every day. When something doesn't work on the floor, we're the ones standing at the machine — so it gets fixed.
